Maittes Terms of Service

Agreement and company information

Maittes is the public commerce service of MarketLiberiAll, Inc.. MarketLiberiAll, Inc., Coffee Farm, Caldwell, Montserrado County, Republic of Liberia, is the contracting party.

Electronic acceptance, account registration, order submission, agreement acceptance, and continued use are treated as electronic communications and electronic contract actions under Liberia law, including the Electronic Transactions Law of 2002.

The platform supports activity across all 15 counties of the Republic of Liberia. Some features may be available only in selected counties, account contexts, or release cohorts.

Eligibility and accounts

Maittes customer accounts are for people 13 years or older. The service is not directed at children under 13, including for Google Play Data Safety purposes. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn that we have, we will delete it or take another legally required action.

A person aged 13 to 17 may use Maittes with a parent or guardian where Liberian law or Play policy requires guardian involvement. Creating a partner, Maittes Courier, staff, or admin account is not allowed for anyone under 18.

You must provide accurate account information, keep contact details current, protect passwords, verification codes, devices, and sessions, and tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.

What Maittes is

Maittes connects customers with independent sellers, service providers, real estate partners, and Maittes Couriers. Unless MarketLiberiAll is expressly identified as the seller, the relevant third party remains responsible for the product, service, or property information they provide.

LRD is the primary currency and USD is secondary. Amounts are always labeled when both are supported. Do not rely on a bare currency symbol without the stated currency.

GST and other tax treatment come from MarketLiberiAll runtime settings and the amount shown at checkout, on receipts, or in signed commercial records. This document does not invent a tax rate.

A payment method is available only when enabled, lawfully supported, and ready for use. A payment screen, redirect, pending status, or screenshot is not final proof of payment. Final payment and refund status come from MarketLiberiAll records, provider evidence, reconciliation, and ledger entries.

Weapons are forbidden. You must not list, sell, offer, broker, advertise, or request firearms, ammunition, explosives, or other weapons through any Maittes or MarketLiberiAll surface. There is no weapons category.

Alcohol and tobacco (including nicotine and vape products) are not available for listing or sale on the public launch.

Orders, delivery, and disputes

By placing an order you make a binding offer to purchase at the listed price and terms shown at checkout. Order confirmation comes from MarketLiberiAll records.

Delivery promises depend on serviceability, partner readiness, address quality, weather, safety, traffic, cash handling, and county coverage. Estimated times are guidance, not a guarantee, unless a separate written promise says otherwise.

Return, refund, cancellation, replacement, dispute, and warranty outcomes are governed by the Return and Refund Policy, the order record, and applicable law.

Prohibited conduct

You must not use Maittes for unlawful, unsafe, fraudulent, abusive, or misleading activity. You must not bypass checkout, request off-platform payments for orders found through Maittes, submit fake reviews, upload unsafe files, or impersonate another person.

Content, liability, and changes

Maittes names, logos, software, and brand materials belong to MarketLiberiAll, Inc. or its licensors.

To the maximum extent allowed by law, MarketLiberiAll is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages. For a customer claim arising from a paid order, total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the affected order unless applicable law requires a different remedy.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Liberia. Please contact support first so we can investigate and resolve the issue. If a dispute remains unresolved after 30 days, it may be submitted in Monrovia, Liberia unless applicable law requires a different forum.

Your use is also governed by the Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, Return and Refund Policy, Buyer Protection, and Trust & Safety pages that apply to this customer surface.
